Onboarding Call Required

Before any work begins, you must complete a scheduled onboarding call. We review your business, answer questions, confirm your package, send your invoice, and send your contract.

Payment Before Work Begins

Payment is collected on the call through a formal invoice. No work begins until payment is complete and the contract is signed.

Required Materials

After payment, you must provide:

  • Business details
  • Logo
  • Photos
  • Branding preferences
  • Domain access (or we help you purchase one)

Timeline

The project takes 1–5 days, depending on how fast you provide information and respond. Timeline begins only after payment, contract, and required materials are received.

Revisions

Basic Package: 2 revisions. Full System Package: 4 revisions.

Revisions must be requested within 3 days of receiving your preview link.

Revisions include text edits, photo swaps, and minor layout adjustments.

Revisions do NOT include full redesigns, new pages, new features, or rebranding.

Domain & Launch

We connect your domain or help you purchase one. Launch occurs only after approval and active subscription.

Monthly Subscription

Your monthly subscription covers hosting, CRM, AI chat, SMS/email automation, phone number, maintenance, updates, and support.

Canceling your subscription disables your AI systems and hosting.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only offered if you clearly stated your preferences before the build AND the delivered preview does not match what you requested.

Refunds are NOT offered for:

  • Change of mind
  • Delayed content
  • Lack of communication
  • Unused revisions
  • Preference changes after work begins

Ownership

You own your website and content after final payment.

AI workflows, automation systems, CRM, and backend tools are licensed through your subscription.

Communication

Communication is handled through email and short phone calls.

Long meetings or strategy sessions require a monthly plan.

Liability

7TH DOOR is not responsible for downtime, hosting issues, third-party platform issues, missed leads due to client inaction, or incorrect client-provided content.
